HappyHorse (“we”, “us”) operates an online AI video generation platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”), available at ai-happyhorse.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use the Service, and what choices you have.

• Content you submit for generation: text prompts, uploaded images, video, or audio, and outputs produced through the Service, as needed to provide generation, storage (where enabled), history, and support.

How we use information

• provide, operate, and improve the Service (including AI generation, credits, subscriptions, and customer support);
• secure the Service, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service;

AI processing and third parties

Generation is performed using AI models and infrastructure operated by us and/or third-party providers. To fulfill your requests, prompts, uploads, and related technical parameters may be transmitted to those providers subject to contractual and security measures we deem appropriate. We choose providers and configurations with attention to security and data protection; their processing is governed by their terms and privacy notices where applicable.

We also use subprocessors for hosting, email, analytics, payments, and similar functions. A current list may be provided upon request or on our site where we maintain one.
